Refunds and Returns

In case you are not happy with the quality of the product or the product does not fit correctly, you may return the product to us. We may replace the product in accordance with the procedure set out below or refund the payment made by you in relation to such product.

In addition, if you wish to get a defective or incorrect product replaced or return a product, please contact us via our Contact Us Page within 24 hours from the date of delivery. Such product should be unused and returned in its original condition along with the original invoice, within 10 days from the date of delivery, to:

After the returned product has been checked for defects by our team, a replacement of the product will be sent to you as soon as possible. Incase of unavailability of the product, we will contact you and will either process a refund of the payment made by you in respect of the defective product within 10 working days from the date of receipt of the returned product or may issue store credit to you for the stipulated amount with a six month validity. In case of any other circumstance, we shall contact you.

The refund process will be initiated once we receive the product(s). In general, refunds will be processed within 10 working days but in case of payments by cheque or DD, processing time may be longer. Note that if you have made the payment electronically (i.e., through a credit/debit card or netbanking), the refund shall be automatically made to the same credit/debit card/netbanking account.
